Annejo Liang, Director
Annejo is qualified with a Bachelor of Resource and Environmental Planning (with Honours) from the Massey University. She has over 20 years of experience in the town planning and development industry including having held various positions with local government and private consultancy across New Zealand.
Annejo has extensive experience facilitating the management of a wide range of projects across a broad spectrum of land use and property development projects, including residential, commercial, mixed use and industrial development. Her bilingual skills in Mandarin and Cantonese have proven valuable in serving the Chinese community.
She is a full member of the New Zealand Planning Institute and a member of the Property Council New Zealand.
At Envision Planning®, we specialise in assisting our many different clients to obtain planning consent from local government in the shortest possible timeframe. We work closely with clients and specialist consultants to prepare and co-ordinate the preparation of plans, resource consent planning reports and other supporting documentation for the submission of a comprehensive planning application.

Our focus is to facilitate the smooth running of the project by presenting realistic solutions to planning road blocks so the best possible outcome can be achieved for our clients in a timely manner.
